Kolač sa jabukama

Ispadne fenomenalno, iako u njemu brašna nema uopšte!
Originalni recept je od moje koleginice Nade. Ja sam ga malo promenila, ali samo malo!
Testo :
3-4 očišćene I izrendane jabuke
3 cela jajeta
1 prašak za pecivo
1 supena kašika cimeta
oko 150gr griza
oko 100gr seckanih oraha (ne mlevenih!)
Sve ovo dobro umešati, sipati u nauljenu tepsiju (ili staviti papir za pečenje) I peći u unapred zagrejanoj rerni na 180C. Paziti, jer pred kraj brzo zagori.
Preliv od čokolade :
U međuvremenu u mikrotalasnoj (ili na ringli) otopiti I pomešati 100 čokolade za kuvanje, 100gr margarina I malo mleka.
Kada je komač ispečen, iseći ga onako vrućeg I preliti pripremljenom čokoladom.
Pustiti da se ohadi I staviti u frižider.
