Sočni Božićni kolač sa jabukama

Jako lagan i osvežavajući!

Oljuštiti i iseći oko 1/2kg jabuka. Preliti vodom, dodati 4 supene kašike šećera, 4 karanfilića, i skuvati kompot.
Za 5 jaja odvojiti belanca i žumanca.
Od belanaca umutiti čvrst šne, i dodati 2 supene kašike šećera u prahu.
Žumanca i 4 supene kašike šećera penasto umutiti, i onda dodati dve supene kašike brašna. Dobro promešati.
Iz kompota izvadiri karanfiliće i baciti.
Žumanca, šećer i brašno uz kuvanje umutiti u kompot, i da malo provri.
U vatrostalnu posudu na dno poređati piškote, pa preliti pudingastim kompotom.
Odozgo staviti umućeni šne.
Sve peći 10min u rerni na oko 180C.
