Osvežavajući, dugo može da stoji (isprobano, u frižideru – dve nedelje).
Testo :
4 cela jajeta
2 vanil šećera
1 prašak za pecivo
150-200gr margarina, predhodno omekšanog u mirotalasnoj rerni
oko 400gr brašna
rendana kora od jednog limuna – može, a ne mora
Ovo dobro umutiti, da se dobije homogeno testo, koje lepo curi (ali gušće nego kao za palačinke).
Onda u testo dodati :
100gr čokolade za kuvanje – izlomljene na parčiće, što manje to bolje (može i rendano)
paket malina (oko 300gr)
Dobro promešati, i staviti u modlu namazanu uljem i posutu brašnom (da se ne zalepi). Peći u predhodno zagrejanoj rerni na 220-250C (zavisi od rerne).
